Welcome to the Replay mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”). These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use” or “ToU”) govern the use of the Application. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update, modify, or delete certain parts of the ToU at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check these ToU to stay informed of any changes.

2. Use of the Application

2.1. License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these ToU.

2.2. User Account: You may need to create a user account to access certain features of the Application. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information and the use of your account.

2.3. User Content: By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Application, you grant Replay a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, free, and unlimited license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to use the Application in accordance with applicable law and to respect the rights of third parties.

3.2. You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Application and agree not to violate the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of others.

4. Modification or Interruption of the Application

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Application, in whole or in part, for technical, security, or service improvement reasons.

5. Privacy and Security

5.1. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5.2. You agree to take all necessary precautions to protect your account and to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

6.1. These ToU constitute the entire agreement between you and Replay regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior agreement.

6.2. In case of dispute, these ToU are governed by the applicable law.
